  • On our wall outside and as you walk in the door, there are large banners that say, "Jesus welcomed all, so do we." We aspire to be God's family welcoming all of God's children regardless of age, gender, politics, or sexual orientation. We were the first church in North Dakota to declare itself open and affirming to people of transitional gender and different sexual orientations. This still is a point of controversy when many of our neighboring churches are pointedly unwelcoming, but we are glad of the fellowship that we have shared with numerous glbt people over the years. We are making an active attempt to reach out to younger people between the ages of 20 and 40 at the present time, offering family friendly activities like karaoke, gardening parties, and winter board game parties. We offer regular adult bible studies on various topics. Please call the church to ask for the times of any current events that are scheduled.
